Description

Quantum Sky is searching for an experienced Corporate Strategy Director to join our team and provide strategic leadership in formulating, maintaining, and implementing corporate and business strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formulation and implementation of corporate and business strategies that guide the organization toward its objectives. This includes conducting market and industry analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and developing actionable plans
  • Lead strategic initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner. This involves coordinating teams, setting timelines, and monitoring progress.
  • Monitor outcomes of strategic initiatives, analyzing performance data, and adjusting plans to ensure effectiveness and alignment with corporate goals
  • Identify and evaluate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration efforts.
  • Continue to analyze trends, competitors, and technological developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide guidance to business unit leaders, addressing key strategic issues, and supporting enterprise-wide strategic projects

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building and upkeeping market based strategies, evaluating and executing complex acquisitions, investments, and partnerships
  • Very advanced financial modeling, business-case development, and due diligence capabilities.

Desired:

  • Knowledge and experience with Government Contracting
  • MBA Degree

Location:

  • Hybrid in Reston, VA

Compensation:

  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between 150-200K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
